2. Professor lunch with Kyritsis
Date: Thursday, September 21
Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Place: Illini Union Ballroom
Come and join us for a professor lunch with Dimitiros Kyritsis. Get to talk to the professor one on one, ask him questions, and get a free meal. Only the first eight will be allowed, but feel free to sign up for the waiting list and be notified of an opening. Space is limited, so sign up soon at: http://asme.ec.uiuc.edu/signups.php.
3. Intramural Soccer
Games will be played Sunday, 4-11pm & Monday-Thursday, 7-11pm starting on
October 3rd. We will not know
which of those days we will play until late September. This is a men’s only league, so if you would
like to form a women’s league team please email Romanow2@uiuc.edu, or email him if you have

4. Committees
We are starting several committees here at the U of I
chapter of ASME. These committees are a
great way to get involved with our organization. Currently, we have a Special Projects
committee, which is working on the homecoming float and EOH. If you have any questions about the Special
