5. Interview skills, Resume tips, and offer Negotiation Workshop w/ ECS and Rolls Royce

The Assistant Dean will be presenting tons of job hunting information,
including: resume tips, interview skills, and offer negotiation. Also, representatives from Rolls Royce will talk about what they look for on a resume and how those skills translate to working at Rolls Royce.

6. General Meeting w/ Cummins
Wednesday, November 9th

Representatives from Cummins will be presenting at the next general meeting. For those of you that don't know anything about Cummins:
Cummins Inc., a global power leader, is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies. Cummins serves customers in more than 160 countries, with more than 28,000 employees worldwide. Cummins reported sales of $8.4 billion in 2004.

The ASME/PTS joint barcrawl was a blast, thanks to everyone that came out. If you didn't make it this time, hopefully you can make it next semester. If anybody has any ideas as to other social events that ASME could organize, let Mike Hong know at mkhong1@uiuc.edu
