2. ASME-AOE Women's Conference
* When: Saturday November 8, 2008 from 12-3PM
* Where: John Deere Pavilion in MEL
The ASME-AOE Women's Conference is a chance for women in all branches of engineering to discuss the unique challenges they face in graduate school and the corporate world.

3. Caterpillar Decatur Plant Visit
* When: Tuesday November 4th
Departure around 4:00 p.m.
Join Caterpillar company representatives on a tour of the Decatur Manufacturing Facility and dinner afterwards. The entire duration of the visit, including travel and dinner is estimated at around 5 hours. Transportation will be provided for the first 3 students to sign up. 4. Fundraising Committee
Are you looking for a fun way to get more involved with ASME? The fundraising committee is looking for new members! The fundraising committee is charged with the task of generating money for general ASME events. If you like planning events or are looking for a great resume booster, then the fundraising committee is for you. Also, as a bonus, you will get extra points for ASME's end of the semester raffle!
