1. Homecoming Float Build

When: Wednesday, September 17th at 7pm
Where: Engineering Student Projects Lab (The brick/aluminum sided building northeast of Loomis Lab)

Want to help build this year’s homecoming float? We are having our first homecoming float build Wednesday, September 17th at 7pm at the Engineering Student Projects Lab. We need as much help as possible to create a great float this year. Come shout out some design ideas and have fun building stuff!

2. Fall Semester Cookout

When: Thursday, September 18th, 11am-2pm
Where: Mathews Side of MEB

Come by the Mathews side of MEB on Thursday, September 18th from 11 AM - 2 PM for our fall cookout. We'll be selling hot dogs, chips, and pop for 50 cents each. Stop by in between classes or stay for a while and hang out with other MEs while you enjoy a cheap lunch!

3. Curtis Orchard Trip

When: Saturday, September 20th, 12-3pm

Join ASME for some fall fun as we go to Curtis Orchard on Saturday, September 20th from 12 - 3 PM. Curtis Orchard is about 15 minutes off campus and has plenty of things to keep you occupied including apple picking, a petting zoo, and a cafe and bakery famous for their apple donuts. Lunch will be provided. If you plan to attend, please sign up online so we can determine how many drivers we need.

4. iHelp: Homecoming Volunteer Project

When: Saturday, October 4th, 9:30am-2:00pm
Where: Around Campus

Do you want to be a part of the largest campus wide volunteer project?

Sign up for iHelp: The Homecoming Volunteer Project on Saturday, October 4th, which sends more than 1,500 University of Illinois students into the community to volunteer at different organizations .

Check-In starts at 9:30 a.m. with free breakfast & entertainment on the Quad!

Volunteering ends around 2:00 p.m. with free lunch.
